Privacy policy

Last updated 6 September 2026

This policy explains what information Monarc Solutions Ltd collects through monarc.credit, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Monarc Solutions Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, is responsible for the personal information described here. Our registered office is at Level 39, 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AB, United Kingdom.

For anything about this policy or your information, email contact@monarc.credit.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images load from our own site, not from third-party services.

How the contact form works

The form does not send your details to a server. When you press Send, your own email app opens with a message to contact@monarc.credit already filled in. Nothing reaches us until you send that email yourself.

Why we use your information

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you want to work with us, to discuss that. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or on taking steps you have asked for before entering into a contract.

Who else sees it

We don’t sell your information or share it for marketing. Two providers handle it, only on our behalf. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website on Cloudflare Workers, and receives email sent to contact@monarc.credit through Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards it to our inbox. That inbox is provided by Google, through Google Workspace.

When you visit this site, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. Cloudflare handles this under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months and then delete them, unless we go on to work together.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Email contact@monarc.credit and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
